I'm so relieved that you and others saw the situation for what it really was. Honestly, who comes here because they have nothing else to do with their time? I can't imagine there is a soul on this forum (minus the sharks) that hasn't spoken the absolute truth about their circumstances....there would be nothing to gain by doing that. So, thank you again for being a true advocate. I appreciate all you do here. Char |

That takes guts and that is not something you lack. I encourage anyone who has been victimized by a loan officer or broker to publicize their names and companies for which they work for. It will only help other people from becoming victims of these same people.

Unfortunately, I've had more than my share of experience with abusive people and they always follow very predictable pattern of behavior. I commend Moe and Andrew for giving the jerk an opportunity to speak but I knew without a doubt what he would say and that he would abuse the privalege. The connection we experience here in helping and supporting each other is not something that abusive/predators can understand or appreciate, so it's nothing to him to come here, HERE of all places, in the midst of everyone's distress, turmoil and anxiety and try to launch some ridiculous campaign where he's bashes homeowners to push himself up in the process. Think about it, any Loan Broker/professional who sincerely and without any ill intent found themselves accused of having put a person in a loan that they cannot afford would at first, of course, express that they meant no harm but they'd do so respectfully and without name calling or character assasinations. But then immediately, without fail, they'd ask WHAT CAN THEY DO TO HELP -- that is the natural response of a caring, compassionate human being. But not so predators, their lack of understanding and one track mind is predictable. It's us vs them thinking, I'm good, you're bad, I'm right, you're wrong. Okay, end of rant!

The fact that it ended up being exactly as expected was no surprise. I've have accusations leveled against me in the past....but my first reaction has never been to pull out my switchblade and go for the jugular!!! I think most of us, who are honest and decent, say, "Wait a minute. Let's talk about this. Let's discuss your side, my side, the middle and try to make it right". Now, in the words of Forrest Gump...."That's all I have to say about thaaat". Oh, and by the way.....YOU ALL ROCK.....and if there was a smiley throwing up the universal sign for ROCK AND ROLL (you know, rock horns....index finger and pinky up!)....I'd put a dozen of them right here >>>>>>>>>>>>!
