FHA put out their MHA guidelines 8/15 and according to Kevin Winn at NACA (he's a higher up there) Chase has told him they are ready to start processing the FHA MHA people now . Guidelines appear to be the same or very similiar to the fannie/fredde guidelines except they are using a partial claim to get the payment down along with the interest rate if they have too. I'm sure i"ll be one of the first guinea pigs for it with chase/NACA.

Well I wonder where the help is, I have FHA Ginnie Mae and no help yet
