| Investor LLC question
I started an LLC several years ago to put my investment properties into. Individual Residential. But I never could figure out how to do this. I was told that because of safety clauses on the loans that I could not change the names.
What I really want to do is run a complete business with the LLC. I want to get one big open end loan that will allow me to put all of my rentals into one package and have more credit to purchase more rentals down the line. I liked traveling around the US looking at places to purchase, setting up property managers and such. I just don't know where to turn get this started.
Any thoughts of how to make my dreams come true?
