AZ Refinance second mortgage with BOA under Harp 2?

Hi everyone! I was able to refinance my first mortgage under HARP 2, thanks to this message board, but now I am wondering if I can refinance my second mortgage. My second is through BOA and the current interest rate is about 9.25%. We are current on our payments, have pretty good credit (about a 698-705 depending on the company), but our house is worth less than we owe. We owe about 215k and its worth about 160k.

Is it possible to refinance this second? Do we have to do it with BOA?

Welcome and thanks for joining the community.

Congrats on being approved for HARP on your 1st mortgage, but unfortunately I do not believe a refi on your 2nd will be possible at this time..
    Keep Fighting!
