    Freddie Mac HARP CONDO Refi

Very well qualified condo owner in FL needing to refi primary res., no other RE owned. LTV 118 percent. Loan held by Freddie and serviced by Cenlar (was TBW), so have no "home" bank. Our loan is 30 yr. fixed, 20 percent down, no PMI and no late payments or other issues. Purchased in 2007. Very healthy condo community and HOA. Please contact me if you have a track record of successful refi closings for FL condos under Freddie Mac's HARP program.

In the thread below you will find a member by the name of Erik Sandstrom, he has worked on many HARP refis and should be able to help you find a good lender that can help you with HARP on your condo..

Why your lenders aren't offering HARP 2 NOW
    Keep Fighting!
