thinking about paying 350 appraisal fee to do sell and lease program to buy time for a fhasecure refinance because approved lender said process would take about a month and sell /lease program would give me until march 20 to cancel. need advise please im in over my head

You really, please, please need to retain legal counsel for your situation, we are unable to assist you at this juncture in the process. You need to call the lender directly and postpone the foreclosure if at all possible and retain legal counsel.
