Revoking an Appointment of Substitute Trustees - Loan Modification Forum

My home did not go into foreclosure as we filed Chapter 13. We are seeking a lien release from the original lender as they have closed and are under FDIC control. (We received a 1099C- cancellation of debt). On file in the county records is an Appointment of Substitute Trustees form naming a foreclosure company as trustee of our property. Since our home did not go into foreclosure, how do I go about getting this revoked?

you would need to ask a real estate/foreclosure attorney that one.
