We of course have been trying to work with our mortgage company for 6 months and have been given the standard brush off, lies etc etc. The only way we could even speak to anyone was to bypass the front line people, some of whom are rather nasty and go right to the top. PHH also does business under the names the names listed below. We thought we were dealing with Coldwell Banker for about 4 months. They reluctantly told me otherwise. Same phone numbers, same people.

PHH sells about 25% of their mortgages to Wells Fargo. They claim Wells Fargo is the investor of the loan. Wells Fargo insists that they aren't. Be sure to check. They all know me on a first name basis. No need for a loan #. I'm on the short list of " persistant customers". Hope these numbers can help someone. Any time I call or email Terry Edwards, someone calls back immediately.
