2nd sold to Faslo Solutions

Here is my status:

1st is with citi got deined twice and the third time request is still under process as they stated on web site, on the other hand citi also mailed me a letter " notice of default" which don't have a sale date yet.

2nd is with HSBC, I talked to them a month ago and let them know that I am still working with my 1st and I will see what I can do with 2nd. But Today, I received a letter from Faslo Solutions, indicating that now they hold my second loan and telling me to respons in 30 days.

I need help here, The second is around $150,000.00 there is no way I can pay it with out any modification. Anyone know anything about this "Faslo Solutions?" I want to settle with a samller amount, do you think there is a chance? or they just a colection agency as I checked online, I want to know if there is any room to negociate? Anybody out there knows anything about this company? please post and help me out. thanks.
