Freddie Mac Relief Refinance Mortgage - Loan Modification Forum

Has anyone gone this route for refinance for investment properties? How do you start the procedure? The Freddie Mac site is unclear to me. Am I missing something?

We own an investment property (not really investment, but a purchase for my elderly parents). The value of the home, which is in Las Vegas, is upside down. Our loan is with Aurora Loan services.

I hope that we don't have to start the process with Aurora. They have been nothing but horrible. They even tried to deny that the loan was a Freddie Mac!

Does anyone have any information on this program? I can get nowhere with Aurora because they are trying to deny that our loan is with Freddie Mac. We have checked the official Freddie Mac site and indeed, our loan is with Freddie Mac.

Do I contact Freddie Mac directly or some other agency to report Aurora's tactics??
