do lenders match mortgages on credit report with rental mortgage expenses? - Loan Modification Forum

My lender has requested a property-by-property list of rental income and expenses. Does anyone know if the lender matches the rental mortgage expenses with the mortgages listed on my credit report? Some of them do not match because I co-own some properties.

Hi Windnwaves,

Many lenders will go off the mortgages listed on your credit report. Not sure if you are co-owner on some of them though... If you personally are not collecting income from one or more of the properties maybe some sort of LOE will do with your co-borrowers signature as well....
