QWR-respa section 6 & 7 - Loan Modification Forum

What are the fines if a lender or servicer is in violation of section 6 or 7 . Any information would help!!!

From what I have read on the forum, the fines are pretty insignificant. Having your QWR though, does help someone knowledgeable in this process wade through what happened, and may give some leverage in court if need be.
