No response. I did get the papers for the mod, they will lower our rate 1%, which I suppose is okay since I am not technically behind any payments, I guess I was hoping for something a little more affordable. I can't really afford what they are offering, but I can't afford not to either. My question is if I take their modification, can I still file the complaints with HUD, OCC, FTC, or does that take away that right? My payment is set to go up $200 a month due to property taxes, so the mod will basically keep the payment were it is at right now, but I still think something is wrong with my loan docs and I do not want to take that off the table. Any suggestions? Thanks,Kristi |

It came with a letter saying the TIL, GFE, and a few other docs I requested were not part of loan servicing and would not be sent. So, I know they received it. I then sent an email to Javid Jaberi to let him know they had not sent all the docs requested(after original was faxed, i sent an email to him, they sent the docs after that). Anyway, I still have not received them, as they are saying they are not related to servicing of loan and will not be sending them. If I accept the loan mod, can I still file a complaint? Thanks for your help!! |

I sent another request so if they don't play ball I will step it up. I would love to see what they have. I read somewhere sometime that some of these banks don't have the DOT. Did you ever get your mod? |

I got into this mess because I don't understand banker/lawyer gobbledygook, so I'm not taking any chances. I know you posted this a while ago so maybe you have your situation resolved... I'm just cruising right now for info on QWR and found this post. I am trying to pull together any info I might need for the class action suit (see Moe's thread). |
