Rosenbach and read about their services on this site in regards to my mortgage situation and was wondering if anyone else has used them or has heard anything about them good/ bad? I was thinking about using their services but I'am concerned about spedning the fee and possibly not getting any results. "There is no gurantee in life..." Any input would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks! |

As for the money part of it only you can answer that question. Good luck with whatever decision you make. -Craig

I wanted to just say that if you can "truly" afford your home and just not your loan, then you can be helped. Many people are getting lost in the cracks because they do not have the time or just cannot get the help they need from their lenders. An attorney will always add the extra help you need, plus watch out for you legally along the way. Like looking into your mortgage and making sure if it was done legally and if your loan modification that is offered is legal and affordable. Today, his office stopped a foreclosure right before the sale. These are people who can afford the home and just not the loan. They called Marshall and thwy successfully postponed the sale so they could work on the loan modification. Keep in mind that it can take anywhere from 60-120 days from start to end. Doesn't matter who you are. So, there are always delays with anyone you chose to help you. Also, an attorney is licensed by the bar and has certain ethical and fiduciary obligations to their clients. They cannot misrepresent to you in any way shape or form. Spend the fee only if you have exhausted your resources, cant do this on your own and if you may need legal assistance during the process.

Moe, I have been sending Mr. Rosenbach so many family members, friends and people I meet that are scared or never hired an attorney, one tonight before I logged on. At first I thought oh, there goes another heart break for them but then I said that's a good sign so anybody reading this can take solace in the fact that I found Mr. Rosenbach through you Moe, and if Moe gives his recommendation you can trust that they have your best interest as that is what Moe's site is all about. I also appreciate the fact that he takes on only what he can handle, that means giving the best help he can and not spreading him to thin. That's the kind of people you'll find here. I do one thing also and now I'm glad, I always give them this website because everyone's situation is different than mine was and here it's likely they'll find one similar, I searched for help for two years and there was none, if you have found this site it is not by accident, it's the help you've been praying for, I thank God I was led here, I got support, I have hope and no matter what happens I'll be alright. Thanks again Moe! me2blue |
