Hello everyone...As for an update I have still not heard from Jose yet...but have now recieved a letter from OPtionOne that our loan has been purchased by American Home Mortgage...effective July 1st....What does this mean....so I guess i need to move my threads....haha sorry needed humor....help any advice.....

Good evening Mikka....hope all is well out there in Montana.

I received my letter yesterday and I called them (about a posting issue) but while I was on the phone I asked them if the name change was going to delay the process of my mod and they said no.....likely story. I also called them today and found out my new adjusted payment is going up approximately $700 or so (from 7.75 to 9.25) so my new payment with impounds will be over $5000 per month (ouch)! I'm not paying it though, I absolutely refuse to give them more than I am giving them now......our credit will suffer but oh well, I'm just not doing it! So, my attorney better hurry up cuz I'm not giving OOMC or AHMSI (whatever it is) another dime after July's payment......

Hey erika, so your payment just adjusted...hope that isnt your NEW payment plan rate....Our first adjustment was in december....our payment rose to 4588mo plus late fees of a few hundred..then we are suppose to adjust again the first of July..to who knows what yet...ya know thats funny i got the letter it was adjusting again a month ago or longer...and now we get a letter that says our loan is being transferred in july....thats strange think they have known this was in the works for awhile??? Plus We still have not heard from Jose....Ya know the national pricing system needs to be seriously looked at....It should be illegal for anyone to charge such high inflated prices for any mortgage....Its amazing to me that they kill us with inflated prices for "EVERYTHING" and yet that is legal....(because they are shoving it all in their pockets)...Im younger but I know we have been promised better and cheaper health care for all Americans over a dozen elections I can remember..and it has yet to ever happen...Its all just crap..

Well hello everyone..As for my recent update...still waiting for our final approval...Jose did email me yesterday and said he had been out of the office and was doing his final review and would let me know when he was done....We have been waiting on this now for two weeks and this being the third week....just getting anxious to get this completed...anyone else wait this long on those "final review"...that was probably a stupid question....hope everyone is enjoying their summer....well im hoping to be moved to the success section soon...

Well hello sorry haven't been here in a couple of days...Today is not a great day...my sister is in surgery today....to start...and friday i got an email from Jose and he said he cannot justify what our income amount and he needs to go over our monthly expenses again before he can send it for approval....NOW IM SCARED AGAIN....What does this mean....

Mikka,

Sending you hugs and prayers for your sisters healing and speedy recovery....

I know OOMC or AHMSI is frustrating but stay with it, adjust your income accordingly to the $100 to $250 surplus if you can and go with it. If I were you, I'd start a letter writing camaign complaining about how long this process is taking for you....it can't hurt and may help.

Just try to stay positive and focused, I know this is difficult while your family is going through such a difficult time but you must do this to succeed.

Thanks erika, yes it is starting to get to me now...We did give him our expenses and income but he is saying he can't justify the income amount that was givin to him..we showed a surplus also but the problem is when winter is here i do not issue payroll checks to my husband and i because we make them up over the better months...we have a corporation yet no employees just us...he wants current pay stubs, which with the past slow season and the house issue i did not issue any payroll checks, we just take draws as we need them right now....not sure how to explain this to him.....help

hey anyone know what I should do....Jose our negoitiator said he can't justify our income amount that we gave to him...because its an average based on our 07 tax returns..but with us owning a corporation with no current employees other that ourselves..i did not issue payroll checks expecially during this last winter because in Montana its slow...so Jose wants paystubs and im not sure what to do...I have quickbooks for our books and can issue some checks..Im lost anyone with some advice....thanks

Well its not from our negotiator but MY SISTER...pulled through her surgery great and is now home doing fine...sore but fine....all of you thanks for your thoughts during that personal moment here...As for our "house Sore".....jose said he will take two paystubs from me issued through our quickbooks..well works for me....

I just asked about your sister in my thread!!! Glad to hear she pulled through it fine and is home recouperating....great news!!

I know you're frustrated with Jose, hopefully he'll move fast after he gets the info he needs from you....
