co-borrower left me stuck with mortgage

thanks to everyone on this forum. Thanks to you I got my loan modified from an ARM to a step-fixed rate by contacting jeannie drake's office. The problem is that my first payment is due jan 1st and my co-borrower (ex-boyfriend) moved out and left me stuck with mortgage. Should I ask ahmsi for a new mod based on just my income? Or will they revoke the mod since I now only have 1 income?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining...............

You would need to call them and submit a whole new set of financials based on your income alone if you are not able to afford the modification.............you will need to see what the criteria is in asking for another modification and also know that you may run the risk of now not qualifying.........but hopefully you will also be able to take some expenses off that he had in the household to even things out...........so call Jeanne's office and explain what happened and see what options you have at this time.
