MY negotiator called today to say she apologized fot the confusion and felt so bad that she expedited the process and offered tody a reduction in rate from 8.00 to 5.00 fixed arrearage to be attached to loan and no mortgage payments until Feb 1st GOOD NEWS YYAYYAYA cant wait for my papers to come
