Unhappy Please help-new member struggling with AHMSI

I too am struggling with AHMSI. My husband and I are trying to get a fixed rate mortgage and get out of our ARM. I am a stay at home mom and we have two children. We have been using our savings in order for me to be able to stay home with our infant who is ill but now our savings is running out. We contacted AHMSI and were told to send a hardship letter, budget, and paystubs and they would consider us for negotiation through the Home Retention Team. We faxed our information and were told to wait 48 hours to hear from a negotiator. 3 days passed and nothing. when my husband called back they told him they never received the fax. they also stated that that was the ONLY way to send the information, they do not have email and they do not have a mailing address??? That's what they said. My husband faxed it 14 more times in one day and then we waited. 3 days passed. He called back and the same thing happened. After faxing it numerous more times on different faxes he called back 3 days later (they told him we have to wait 48 hours each time to see if it was received) and nothing. They said they didn't receive it and could not help us and hung up on my husband. I don't know what to do!!! We can't get help from them and we can't afford to stay in our house much longer. Any advice on how to deal with this horrible company would be appreciated.

Thank you,
T

Re: Please help-new member struggling with AHMSI

We emailed our information to all of those individuals yesterday but haven't heard anything back yet. Thank you for your input, and for getting back to me. I am at a loss as to what else to do.
