 AHMSI Short Sale Story
To tell you frankly, AHMSI is the worst company I have ever dealt with regarding short sale. I have been working on a short sale with them and they do not answer your calls or does not reply on your offer. They just send you a denial and will foreclose right with out a counter. No mercy at all. We had full blown offer on what they wanted but they still foreclosed. The owners were not aware of an eviction notice and one morning they sent a cleaning crew and took everything in the house put it in the truck and was about to dump it in the trash until a neighbor called us to stop them. They said they were instructed to take everything inside and throw it in the dump with no notice of eviction and no court order and no sheriff present. This happened in Price William County in Virginia. So please beware they have no compassion at all ans not following the process. We are investigating and see if this is legal. If not for the neighbor they would have nothing right now.
