I have send in my payment, they have been late I am 2 month behind do to been out of work for 6 month. So my payment have been late. A rep said they can longer except any payment from me because there is block. I went ahead an western union my payment just like I have in the past. I look at my account and now it will not let me log in. it said my account is lock. I fax over a letter to Mr. Jim Davis explaining everything and copy of the reciepts when my payments were made. They were never more than 90 days always 2 months. Hopefully, I will hear back soon. I need help.

    Hello silk4959,

If you do not hear anything back asap call in and request to speak with a supervisor/manager to help get this issue resolved.. Generally, it is after 90 days of missed payments when your lender will no longer accept a payment unless it is for the entire past due amount along with any late fees you have acquired. But I have seen this happen where they will not allow a payment just over 60 days, make sure you get a hold of someone asap if you do not receive a call or email back. Did you previously receive a loan modification?

This company continues to amaze me..... People try and pay and they lock the doors and wont take your money. WHY? Because they make more profits on service fees leading into foreclosure then they do servicing the loan.......

Yes I agree this is just ridiculous.. A lot of people experience temporary hardships and have the means to pay after missing a couple of payments.. But locking the account after only two missed payments is out of control..

I rec. a call from the customer advocate dept. Who & What do they do? I fax over a letter explaining everything. I rec. a call from Diane Douglas from Jim Davis office but have not been able to connect with her. but customer service told to send in a payment for two month and they would except that, but said that i would have to talk to advocate dept. first.

That is basically just department that deals with delinquent accounts.. I'm not positive if this is Diane's email address, but I would try:
