AHMSI run around and possible law suit

It seems in my case Option One has the correct chain of transfer of the note in order. My loan was closed by Southwest Funding in Dallas, TX. My property is in Indiana. Immediately after closing with Southwest Funding, Option One did more underwriting and "closed the loan" yet again in their name! Then Option ONe flipped the note to American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. With the crash of 2007 my income went from 6 figures to two figures, both zeros. I fell behind and went into foreclosure. AHMSI's hired guns here in Indiana put me on the foreclosure fast track by giving me "sewer service" of my summons. The collection attorney deliberately sent the summons to an investment property I had owned some years previously that they had also foreclosed on! I got an attorney buddy to help me go pro-se and get the foreclosure judgment reversed. It took them another year to do it again the right way. This time the got a judge buddy to do the "hearing" in his office "chambers" where I was not allowed to present ANY exculpatory evidence. I didn't even get to "testify" verbally because one of the two attorneys was always interrupting me and the judge-buddy let them get away with it. It took about 10 minutes for the judge to grant the foreclosure!
I have been in the HAMP twice. The first time I had NO income and defaulted on the payments. The second time around they are promising lower payments, but I just got a letter yesterday telling me I was denied a loan mod because i did not get all required docs to them! I did get all docs to them via fax, email and Fed-Ex! So I emailed my rep last night at AHMSI and this morning he emailed me back "Not to worry, it was a mistake! All he needs are updates on my bank statements"....fine no problemo!
My question for Y'all is: I am disabled and on Social Security disability...Is there a law that says they can't boot disabled folks out of their homes? I saw something on the Indiana Gov site referring to a particular state statute, but no details. Any one know or have experience here?
    Any comments?
