What you may want to do in a case like this where the servicing of your loan changes before you begin the modification process is to contact the new servicer and when the transfer is completed and your loan is under Saxon, submit your documents with them. Call Saxon Home Preservation and see if they have the loan yet and ask if you can apply for the loan modification at this time.
