Anyone Know if Jeanne Drake is still with AHMSI

    Hi ALL

I went thru Jeanne Office for assistance on my last two previous modifications.

Is she still part of the AHMSI loss mitigation team? If no, we need to get the new contact name. Evan should be able to help with this.

There was also a gentleman name Jim Davies, is he still working in the mortgage modification department?

Let's get our cintacts up dated.
    Thanks all

Hi Acesfull! How are you? Here's what I know:

Jeanne Drake is no longer with AHMSI, listed as past employer on linked in: Jeanne Drake | LinkedIn

I had some contacts that have all stopped calling me back - I'm in month 6 of HAMP trial payments and I've just stopped paying them. If they won't tell me who I can talk to or call me back, they're not getting any more money. I don't care what happens.

I recently emailed Jim Davis jim.davis@ahmsi3.com and received an out of office response. He is Executive VP of AHMSI, I believe.

    That's all I got!

    Hi Orygun
Thank you for your reply. Maybe someone here at LS could get us a new VIP contact for AHMSI. Its good to have a name to drop when talking to a CSR when you call them or vice-versa, It may get there attention to drop a VIP name that is still emplyed.
Orygun, what state are you located IN? Also if you don't get any satisfaction with you Hamp mod, or an IN house mod, and you are thinking about walking away. Check out the Hampster Wheel Game tread in the Chase titled forum. Great information in that tread for prolonging your stay in your home.
    All the best.

    AHMSI nightmare

Hi all. This is my first day on this website and I hope I am doing this correctly. AHMSI has been playing games with us for over two years now, trying to forclose on us. It is good to have Jim Davis as a contact, the customer no service center is a nightmare. Back when we were with Option One, Option One just started sending our payments back to my wife and I. We would return the check and it would come back to us. Then we got a letter stating that we are now late with our payments. After calming down, we tried to REFY the mortgage. AHMSI took over the loan when the sub prime market collapsed, and they came back with a payment of $700 a month down from $1100 which was super. But they never finalized the paperwork and to date we have not made a payment for over two years. Every time we contact them they want more paperwork. To date we have sent over 20 copies of our taxes, the last two years of taxes, and over 15 copies of our current paystubs. Each time paperwork is sent we get a response of "this is blury", or "this is not filled out correctly", and my favorite " this page is misplaced can you send it again".
If someone could respond to this and let me know I am posting correctly that would be wonderful. Also thank you again for the contact name Jim Davis. I hope the number 904-996-9696 is accurate. Thank you again for this wonderful site.

    Hi bcoulsey,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for joining...........

Yes Jim's phone number is still accurate, I had posted it a while back along with his email and have recently checked the accuracy again.
