Thank you, for the info. I just received a call from CS and they said that they had received my paper work but was not complete becasue we didn't write in the year on the 4506t-EZ, section 6. So I filled in the date and re-faxed it. She said It will take 10 days to be assigned a negotiator.
I will keep fighting and keep my fingers crossed.

Yeah I had to re-fax the 4506t-ez form 5 times for various reasons but finally they got things straight...

Hang in there guys just got our hamp mod done finally 15 months... refaxing etc calling calling lol..... an awesome mod payments from4820 to 2468. so it will happen follow up follow up .........step interest maxing at 4.75%at 5-year. So good luck to all.......................

I know this is an old post but can you tell me what your loan terms were? I am curious because I too was
told that the negotiator is recommending the investor approve my loan and its the term I wrote on the post
yesterday. Tell me what happened? I am anxious to hear...
