My question is that we are already 2 months behind on payments due to my husband being unemployed. Do they stop foreclosure proceedings while your loan modification is being reviewed? Should we continue to try and make payments while we are waiting for approval? My concern is that we are already behind and I know for sure we cannot get our loan current due to current financial situation. Will that affect the approval for our modification? Do anyone know what the foreclosure timeline is in the State of Washington? Customer Service has told me different answers - from 2 months to 5 months. Does anyone know for sure? Any response would be greatly appreciated. |

From what I have read it seems you should have at least four months before foreclosure.
