I noticed that after my loan modification AHSI had an overage in my escrow account for about 2 months after the loan modification. This month the overage completely disappeared. I contacted the president's office and Jeanne(who is truly a great help)referred me to a specialist who was no help at all and could not give me figures that were even close to what my escrow account disclosure forms stated. According to her there were duplicate payments posted to my account(yeah right different amounts put into my account at seperate times) I want the money that is owed to me..Has anyone noticed an issue with AHSI putting money into your escrow accounts and then NOT refunding the money? Keep an eye on your escrow accounts and make sure that they are not taking the money that they owe you! |

If after all is paid there is an overage on the account, they have to refund that money to you. anyone in the escrow department should be able to help, ask them to re-analyze your escrow account to make sure you're not being overcharged every month. |
