Has anyone gotten the final approval?

I'm just courious, has anyone gotten their final approval?? I was reading under the modification forum and it seem's that NO ONE is getting past the trial period at all. This is making me very nervous. I understand that this is all new, and that the bank's are getting slammed, but I'm not finding any permement resolution on here at all, just run arounds. I'm trying to be positive and not panic, but holy crap if you get denied at the end you are screwed.

Are bank's just setting up trial mod payment's to recoup some of their loss, then only to deny you at the end and foreclose anyway???

If anyone has gotten final approval, PLEASE tell me!

We didn't have a trial mod, just the mod. It was approved on September 1, 2009. We started in April through a HUD rep who followed it all the way. Our lender was IndyMac/One West. We were told no by Kristin Mclain, a csr rep. We called HUD and an attorney. The attorney along with the customer service people at Indy told us they couldn't help us unless we were late. So we missed three payments and got the mod the last month.

There are few members that have finally recieved their permanent modifications, a handful as far as I can see, the denials are outrageous numbers of people after the banks recieving up to 6 trial payments! Stay on top of them like white on rice, they can deny just by saying you didn't send in additional paperwork on time.
