We just recieved our "offer" today from AHMSI. All appear's to be good. Payment's are what was told to me verbally by our negotiator. I did put a call into him though as I have more question's now. I'll keep you posted.

Are the payments 31% of your income?

Yes they are and they include our escrow (which we always had anyway). The term's are not disclosed on it, ie- interest rate for 5yrs and then thereafter. But I hope it is included on the next doc's we get in Jan.

Yes the permanent modification will disclose exactly what your new loan will look like..

Kym...if I can ask, when did you submit your original paperwork? How long did it take before you were offered the trail mod?

From start to finish, about 6 week's. Our negotiator is awesome, and very helpful. I started in Sept (like the first week) and we recieved the verbal last week, paperwork today. Our offer was given to us verbally on Tuesday of last week and that is also the same day we spoke with our negotiator as well. He return's call's and answered his phone (not very common) Good luck...

Who is your negotiator? My loan got switched to a new negotiator today and he called me back within two hours. Wow!

Our negotiator is Luis Trejo. He is mentioned on here (as I've read) and he does a wonderful job! He honestly seem's to care about his client's that he is helping.

Does anyone have a Physical address to send loan mod. doc.s to?? I finally recieved a return call yesterday from someone in Mrs. Drake's office. She gave me a fax number to send all of our doc.s to but I'm nervous that we will just get the run around that the fax wasn't recieved etc... Also our doc.s consist of about 60-70 pages when including our hardship letter, two years tax returns, bank statements for our checking accounts, our monthly budget and copies of various monthly utility bills etc... so I'm thinking a good insurance policy would be to send the whole package Fed Ex after faxing them so we know they have been recieved. Any thoughts or help with a valid address would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I dont' think you'll be able to find a street address. I sent mine certified mail to PO Box 631670, Irving, TX 75063-0027. I received the signed receipt about a week later.

I would fax them. They go right into the computer. You can call the next day and confirm they were received. I had no problem. I also mailed the docs back the address is in the packet.
