Temporary loan modifications. - Loan Modification Forum

Are most of these modifications people are getting through AHMSI temporary?

It seems as though they may be. I was told by the HPO office EVEN if you make all of the trial period payments you can be denied perement assistance due to two factor's.

1. you don't make your trial period payments on time.

2. your investor at the end of your trial period no long will do loan modifications for loan's.

We found out that our investor is Wells Fargo. So I'm going to be keeping my finger's crossed that after the trial period for us (which will be in Feb) that they will still indeed be doing loan modification's. HTH
