We are in Chapter 13 bankruptcy for about 5 more months. Before we were transfered to AHMSI from Citi, Citi did a mod for us. They upped our payment about $120 and raised my rate to 10.99%. We make the money, but are not very good managers. Anyway, we received a default notice from AHMSI. Turned in the consent to contact us from our attorney so we could try new mod. We were very concerned about not getting a new mod and our house going up for auction. Family member helped us out to cure default. Do you think AHMSI will be able to redo mod? We are not 31% for Hamp. Good luck to everyone seeking help! |
