Then in May i was told they would do the goverment mod. program. I wasn't getting no statements from them. My contact was Jason. I called him 3 to 4 times a week. He kept telling me he was working on it. Finally I received the paperwork in the middle of June back datd to May and I had 3 days to get it sugned and notorized. Then I never heard another word from the company. I called Jason several times no response. Then in the middle of July i received a call from a Ms. Hass. She said I was 3 months behind. I told her that is not possible because i just signed the mod papers. She said yes but they were dated back to May. I said that was not right because I did not received them till the middle of June. She said her supervisor said if i paid July that they would fix the paoperwork because I didn't get it until June. I also told her that I never received anything from her company, no statements, no acknowlegement that they had received my paperwork back. Then she told me my payment was $70.00 more then my modification was. I asked ehy. i was told that there wasn't enough in escrow. I said didn't you people look at any of thuis before you did the mod. and why wasn't the mod. projected for 1 or 2 months in advance because of the amount of time it would take to do the paperwork and get it out. I got no response from Ms. Hass. I just received a statement from them telling me my payment is going up and that I owe 2 months. Ms. Hass never fixed what she said she would. These people have no clue of what they are doing. You can call and call and no one calls you back. They never do what they tell you they are going to. To this day the only statement i have received from them is the one telling me my payment is going up and i am 2 months behind. Is this what i get for trying to do this without a lawyer? I couldn't afford one. When you question them they tell you whatever they want and then nothing is done. My account is still not fixed. I don't feel the modification should have been back dated nor do I feel that right after the modification was set the payement goes up. Is there anything I can do? Can anyone help? I was thingking of sending all of the paoerwork to the state Attorney General but what will they do but right a letter to them and get no response. This company is using goverment programs and the public is being taken advantage if. |
