Never heard of them. I used Corey Lassiter at a company called Clear Image Financial Group, Inc. Here is their website: Clear Image Financial Group - Mortgage Modification Made Simple. 877-940-1477. They treated me well. Answered all of my questions. I was able to follow along with my modification through their website, plus I received a updates call every friday. Very profesional, and they got the job done 2.125% fixed for the life of the loan. I had gotten denied twice before I decided to let the professionals handle it. If you decide to use that company, make sure you check them out. BBB, Attorney Generals Office. They even allowed me to speak to a very satisfied client.

Rasha2gs: How much did they charge you? Did you have to pay them up front?
