Angry ahmsi has lost one of our payment

in january, we submitted a mortgage payment via western union quickcollect. ahmsi posted the payment and then 2 days later, reversed it claiming it was an nsf check. i have been calling and calling, faxing and faxing, have sent copies of western union receipt, had one of Western Unions VPs contact AHMSI and the payment is still not posted. They keep saying there is a task open, etc. etc.
Does anyone have a contact at ahmsi that i can try to reach? AHMSI customer service is useless.

Hi Evan, I wasn't sure if I should contact Jeanne or Jim. Based on what I've read, they have helped with loan mods. We are in the process of getting our paperwork ready to submit to Jeanne Drake for a loan modification but it's not ready yet. Do you think I should fax her all of the documents i have regarding the lost payment first and then follow up with loan mod papers? Thanks

I would suggest discussing your lost payment first just to get that taken care of and then proceed with the modification..
