Update on my situation with OOMC/AHMSI

Hi everyone!

I thought I would update you all on my situation with Option One/AHMSI.. just last week I was all set to file Ch. 13 with a bk attorney on Friday to stop the foreclosure in its tracks just before the scheduled foreclosure trial this Monday.. when WHAM! I got an email from said attorney informing me he was backing out of representing me, with NO explanation whatsoever. I was beside myself.. but fortunately, I had filed a motion for a continuance with the district court to buy time to find a new attorney. I had to appear in court as scheduled, but this time the judge granted my motion and my case has been continued to November 23rd. (Whewwwwwww)

The same day, another attorney, who had referred me to that !%#&*# bk attorney, sent me an email that he himself declining to represent me--again, as with the bk attorney, no explanation as to why--and he had told me in an earlier email he was leaning strongly towards taking on my case. ARRRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!

Because of all of this, I am rapidly losing faith in the legal system.. it seems to me that there are no truly altruistic lawyers out there who simply want to help the "little people" living on Main Street and that the majority of them are just greedy, money-grubbing a**holes who could care less about our fate at the hands of Wall Street bankers and investors. Do you feel that way about our justice system? There is no justice for Main Street, IMO, especially when our politicians refuse to hear our shouts and cries.....

By the way, WHY the hell is Wells Fraudgo the trustee (and plaintiff in the foreclusure suit)on my loan when they don't even service it?? What do they have to gain from foreclosing on me? And how do I find out who my investor(s) is/are?

And how do I file a counterclaim against the plaintiff? Anyone know how to do it, and on what grounds?
