I resent all paper work. Month later they said not approved because I had too much debt going out and not enought income coming in(umm I thought this is why they do loan mod |

Also it does seem easier to get a modification while deliquent, but some people do achieve them while current as well..

They are sending me a Hamp Mod packet that has to be filled out and sent back. Keeping my fingers crossed that this has a happy ending. I will let everyone know the outcome. |
