Angry Negotiator not returning our calls - Forclosure approaching Aug 17, 2009

    Hello,

Can someone please send us some tips. Our foreclosure is set on 08/17/09, we applied for a load mod, through our lawyer, with AHMSI and we were assigned a negotiator 2 months ago. We ( our lawyer) have never been able to speak to the negotiator. Our lawyer keeps leaving messages, emails, have other folks in AHMSI send the negotiator internal emails, but ALL to no avail? What should we do?

We were told the loan mod woiuld take 90 days ( those go past the current set foreclosure date on 08/17) since we can not get to speak to the negotiator, that means we can not reschdule the foreclosure as we negotaite the loan. What advice can anyone offer us at this point? We have deeply saddened by this lack of response from AHMSI. The house has lost 67% of its current loan mortgage value. Maybe they dont want to negotiate with us, they would rather foreclose on us and sell the house. Someone, please help and send us some advice/options we currently might have at this sour point. thanks.

Do alll of this and contact the attorneys who is handling the sale for AHNMSI and let them know what is going on. You probably have mail from them with a number. Call and demand a supervisor. Write a Qualified Written Request | Home Loan Forum - LoanSafe.org.

Do this all until you get REAL HELP!

thank you all for the good tips. We were able to get hold of Jeanne Drake and she had someone in her team work to with us. We have been assigned a new negotiator, we were told we qualify for the HAM ACT mortgage negotiation. We have been asked to submit current pay stubs, bank statements, past 2 yr tax returns e.t.c whcih we have submitted. Oh and the greatest news, our foreclosure has been pushed forward for 90 days, as they - AHMSI work out their numbers. Everyone we talked to was super nice, we are so surpised. All of a sudden Anyway, as we prepare ourselves for the nego,w hat tips, advice should we heed? Please pass on all the tips we need to know. We are currently over 4 months behind on our mortgage. THANK YOU ALL for all your help.

That's good news. Just keep doing what you are doing. You need to call at least 1 or 2 a week to follow up with the negotiator. Call, email, fax, Moe always say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Help yourself by reading all the threads and posts about AHMSI success stories and others success stories. You can see success stories under stop foreclosure and tell us your story, below it is sub forum and look for the last one that says success stories. Take your time reading each posts to familiarize yourself. Constant communication with your negotiator and Jeannie Drake and Jim, say a silent prayer for God to give you favor daily from everyone at AHMSI. That's all you need, before you know it, before that 90 days, your loan modification is approved.

Thank God for Moe, this forum really helps all of us.
    Regards,

    Faith

Thanks for all your prayers. We were finally offered a Loan Mod. 4.5%, fixed, for the next 28 years. They added around 40K to our original loan, all the foreclosure fees and such. But our new monthly mortgage will now include property taxes and the home insurance. It brought the amount back to what we used to pay monthly, but the amount then never included taxes and insurance. We believe thats fair now, unless someone thinks not. Atleast we have a 28 yr fixed loan at last we never had that. We have been "used" to those 2 yr fixed ARMS. Good riddance. our first payment is 1 Nov, 09
