AHMS ,but investor is Deusche bank doesn't allow mod,any help?

Try to modify my mortgage with AHMS for 7 months now.Forclosure sale will 09-25-09.My investor is Deutsche bank and i told for 7 months that my investor doesn't allow modification at all.Is there some reason why?Also,i got notice of forclosure on Aprill 2009,but in county record office on deed of trust Deutsche bank recorded on MAY 31 2009,means file forclosure before got in to the deed of trust?Is it legal?Thank you for any respond.

I have no idea all you can do is aply ASAP online and set up a session, and do not be scared they do not charge you anything it is all FREE, NACA is HUD and FHA approved

Hi Annat...I just wanted to let you know that my investor was Deutsche through AHMS and I just received approval for my loan modification two weeks ago. They are definately approving loan modifcations.

I initially was denied through Citi. My loan was transferred over to AHMS in Feb., I submitted my paperwork the 1st week of March and was approved two weeks ago! If you really want to save your home I would really suggest contacting either NACA or the executive offices at AHMS. I finally was approved after fighting for home every since November of last year. Dear Wonthefight: Congratulations, I am still waiting for my loan modification. Could you give me some particulars on your situation. How was your debt to income ratio? What does your mod consist of? as in what are the new payments and is their a balloon payment?

Hi LNLIBRA we had a $250 surplus at the end of each month..Our modification is 4% 1st year, 4.75% 2nd year, 5%fixed for rest of the loan. Our payments were reduced by $800.00/month with no ballon payment.

Silly thank you for advice withECA,allready called them ,2nd interview on 07-21-09.Wonthefight, did you have forclosure sale comming?If the auction date was postpone?Did you have negotive amount in your loan?If i can ask what was your loan ammount and what payment you got?I really want to keep my home,we also put 20% dout payment,which is a lot of money we loosing.Any more examples of your fighting process with Deutsche bank.Thanks.Anat

Our original mortgage was with AMC, then Citi during that time Deutche bank hit us with an auction date out of nowhere. Thank God we were with Naca at the time. They took care of it. Our loan was since sold to AHMSI and we are waiting on remodification now. Get in touch with Naca that you have an auction date and they will help.

I was also told that our investor was Deutche bank and i just got approved for loan mod. I was only late for a month (June) and had a $300 residual. We originally had a loan of $336,000, 6.75% ARM, interest only for 5 years, set to adjust this September. The new loan is for 5% fixed for the duration of the loan (26 years), new payment starts in Sept. and new loan balance is $343,000 (they added the 3 mos. we didn't have to pay + late charge +$500 loan mod fee.) For now this is good for us. At least we didn't have to worry about our loan adjusting. It didn't decrease our monthly payment but at least some will go towards principal unlike before. I tried to get a better deal but this is the best they can give us for now. They said i have a stable income and still making enough money to cover expenses. The only thing disturbing is we have to miss a payment for them to even consider loan mod. When we were current on our mortgage we were given the run around. My advice, be patient and keep calling them even if they don't call back and be specific on what you want. Good luck.

Thanks so much for your update. It is promising when I hear stories that Deusche bank is working with mods. Like I said in my original post I didn't even know who they were when they threatened us with an auction date. Thank God Naca stopped it that was in Dec 2008 while with Citi. Citi sold us to AMHSI in Feb. Still waiting modifacation since July 2007 with Naca. This has been going on for two years. Originally started with AMC.
