The following statement was posted in myweb file "NACA and Member please be advised file has passed income verification, now pending decision." Is this a good sign? They are still going forward with the foreclosure but I was informed that the modification process must be complete before any final decisions regarding foreclosure are made...thoughts anyone!

Have you been in touch with your NACA rep yet? You should contact them to go over the process and steps with you so they can let you know what comes next for your file. The steps are also outlined here;

The modification department will continue to work on providing you with a work out option, however the foreclosure department will continue to send you collections letters. If you receive a letter stating that you have an auction date you will need to contact NACA immediately so we can have the auction postponed.
