Question NACA/BofA - File Submitted, My follow up call to servicer (Question - what does this mean))

Hello All,A little historyI've been battling BofA for a loan modification for over 2 years. Just a nightmare and a lot of sleepless nights. I attended the save the dream tour in San Jose, CA a few months back. My house was and is currently in foreclosure, NACA helped get the date pushed out 30 days (2 times), as my file has been submitted to my servicer. File Submitted: 7/12/2011Servicer Requested additional doc's on 7/21/2011Additional doc's sent in 7/23/2011 and my file was escalated back to servicerAuction Postponed from 7/29 to 8/29/2011My file is waiting on response from servicer. Since my auction date is 2 weeks away. I decided to call BofA, my servicer (Modification Specialist) contacted me directly and via email provided me her contact information. I emailed her with no response, so I decided to call her directly. I couldn't reach her because her line was busy BUT... the agent on the phone gave me status on where my file is at in the process.**HE SAID. Karla (servicer/modification specialist) had worked up new terms & conditions and she submitted the information on 8/11/2011 to the next level for approval. Is this good??? Does anybody know what this means OR has anybody been through this process and heard this? my next auction date is on the calendar for 8/29/2011 and I would really appreciate any input!!
