I submitted my docs to Naca so Naca submits them to my servicer on May 4th
then I get a response from my servicer on May 13th requesting additional docs
so they were sent on May 16th the status on that was that the docs were sent
to the underwriting dept for review. And on May 31st I get an email from Citi stating this below:
“STATUS as of 05/31/2011 (from Citi my servicer)
Your mortgage assistance request is in the final stages of review.
So nnow I get an email from Naca on 6/6 with a new action plan to submit
the same docs I submitted in the beginning I am confused do I need to start
this process all over again does anyone know what this means????
