LBPS Sends me NACA Phowniz Application but I am current and HAMPED

Originally with Citi, HAMPed after long fight about 9 months ago, loans transferred to LBPS and have made timely payments ever since as billings confirm.

I get letter "We understand that circumstances may make it difficult for you to make your mortgage payments on time....." Huh?

It then sounds like an ad for NACA coming to Phoenix again in February. LBPS even encloses "LBPS Financial Statement and Hardship Review" 4 page form and a flyer for NACA's Save the Dream Event in Phoenix.

It it nice of them to be concerned... but I already was HAMPed and never make any late payment since.

I hope they are as concerned for those still fighting to get HAMPed.

Not to mention how few folks are helped by NACA. I attended NACA long ago Fall 2009 with no real results other than lots of time spend there all day waiting. I reported here on that expereince from 2009

I too went to the NACA event in October 2009. I did posted my ordeal as well around here. Was with BOA, which they are practically useless (even though they have a contract with NACA). Loan transferred to LBPS 6/2010 and finally got the loan mod 12/2010.
