On 12/3 NACA submitted my file to CHASE, got an underwater 80/20 mortgage. I'd been working with NACA since late Sept., early Oct getting documents together, missing and scheduling phone interviews, and updating paystubs. On 12/7 CHASE sent a letter to me confirming they received my MHA modification request. I got the letter on 12/13 so I guess they used 'snail mail'. Today when I went online to pay make a payment I wasn't able to, I would get an error message. My 80 loan wasn't even available as an option for payment. Called the modification center and was advised to make the 20 payment in the branch, which I did. Haven't been assigned a 'relationship manager' yet and I won't be able to make the 80 payment until the 30th, if then. Hopefully I'll get a trial payment in the next 2 weeks. So far that's my story. Anybody else get this letter?
