Hi,

Just keep it short and simple. Here is one example:

This letter of contribution is to serve as confirmation that my husband’s financial contribution each month is, on average, an additional Twenty –Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to our household income and should be taken into account in your decision to reinstate the payment work out plan and to resubmit to the negotiator for review.

We have submitted bank statements as supporting documentation that reflect the deposits to my bank account as well a an updated Financial Worksheet.
