NACA Online Chat?

Has anyone had success doing the online chat with NACA recently? I have tried three times in the last few days and waited extremely long times online and can't seem to get an online operator to chat with. Is there a trick to getting help or do I need to call and sit on hold forever? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first time I tried chat it didn't take long to get chat session going. The next time I tried the chat I also called the toll free number to see which would be faster and the toll free won. I also called the toll free earlier today and I was number 70+ and it took about 30-40 minutes of hold time.

Patience is the key, lol. Sometimes I have waited over 20 minutes to get a representative on the online chat. I do type, "Hello?" every few minutes, whether that makes a difference or not, who knows? lol. I also do what Vicjohn suggested. I call the toll free number at the same time and whatever one answers first gets my questions.

Yep same here. I get online and let it sit. I also dial the number and let it sit on speaker while I wait. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes and sometimes it can take over an hour.

The last two times I've used chat it took around 45 mins for someone to come on. Sadly, everytime I've used chat I get the same "try us again in 2 weeks response." I would probably get the same response by phone but I will try that with next week's attempt.
