Can you get NACA help with an investment property?

I just wanted to know if this is possible or not.

We cannot sell the property because no one around here is buying, and our primary mortgage is killing us.

We can't refinance and are in a mess.

Will NACA do a mod if you have an investment property?

If not, what is next since GMAC will do nothing; we are not qualified through HAMP, according to GMAC, and we are meeting with out local housing office this week per our Senator.

Has anyone been successful with anyone else beside NACA if they do not help if you have an investment property?

We also tried HOPE and they were a waste of time.

you may be able to get help if you can demonstrate that you have been trying to sell that property for a long time. you will need to fax your listing agreement. also a CMA showing how many days on the market. recommend you work with your counselor.

also in regards to your investment property you may want to consider doing a short sale or deed in lieu
