NACA/CW/BofA June Restructure Submissions

I was submitted on June 8....today I got a letter from the tax assessors office...my home went from 517,500 to 319,000 big difference in 2 years. Wonder if I should send that to NACA???

probably wouldn't hurt. Ours went from 1.4 to on the low 650,000. Zillow shows it at 800k. Loan will be for 1.2 soon (with all our missed payments!).

Yea I figure it would help in the "negotiation" process....since the yearly taxes will obviously go down.

OK I received an email this morning from NACA...saying they have not received an answer yet bck from servicer and they are hiring 1,000 people to help them...Oyyyyy hope its just a general email....everything scares me nowadays!!

I got the same email...naturally since I was submitted in march, I thought it was an approval

We were also submitted on June 2. I found out bc I emailed Barbara Desore and one of her people called me back. She said she couldn't tell me much bc I am with NACA but did tell me when my paperwork was submitted to BOA/CW. Now the next round of waiting begins. Good Luck Everyone!

I got the same email....Looks like everyone did. David l called me to let me know that they had rec. my paperwork and was told the same as giantsfan. Yeeeaaaaa!!!!

So have any of the NACA June submissions also have a "workout" (yea right) in progress with BofA? They had flagged my account as needing special something or other but never sent out the paperwork for the Making Home Affordable.

I'm just concerned it's going to slow my NACA review down. Any ideas?

I was submitted 6/5/09...I think.....but my NACA account status hasn't changed, so I chatted with Jacqueline (NACA) a couple of days ago and she said that I HAD NOT been submitted yet! She mentioned my account was pending....I asked her how long I should expect to be in pending status, she replied no more than 2 weeks.

Has anyone experienced this? The last gentleman I spoke to on 6/5, claimed he was submitting me as we spoke. So naturally, I thought we were considered submitted. Now I am worried!

You better make sure what your local government will be doing with your tax rate before you assume your taxes will be going down.

Most cities and towns are in such bad financial shape that they will most certainly make adjustments to the taxed rate to compensate for the lower property values. Another words even though the value of your home has gone down you will most likely not see your total property tax going down and probably will see an increase instead.

Lizzy..........I was "pending" with NACA for 2 weeks before starus changed...when they say they submit........at 1st they mean to their supervisors to make sure file is complete and correct.........then it goes to CW/BAC.....so just keep checking status I was worried too.......then it changed!!

Anybody having trouble getting on BofA website? It will let me sign in but stays on retrieving data. Don't know if they have locked me out or trouble with website.

I can log on fine. Says approved and complete but payment is still not updated and on the old plan.

Hello, I'm a newbie. Submitted paperwork to VP Deseor's office and to BOA Hope on my own 6/10. Started NACA also on 6/10, completed last of 3 telephone interviews and submission via NACA this morning 6/12. Told my NACA proposal would be submitted this afternoon. Hoping three different proposals won't confuse things. Looking to reduce our ridiculous 10.35% interest rate.
