You can call the customer advocacy dept. They won't tell you anything but they may at least let you know the process has begun. I called a couple days ago and that's all they did for me. I did notice that yesterday on the websight the old workout information was gone but the submitted documents, including what NACA sent up, was still there. I waited about 2 weeks after submission and called 866-806-3254. This is also the number you can call to make payments if they lock you out. So we are all just waiting now.

What will hapen if the investor won't reduce the payment what NACA requesting for or if they come up with a solution what is not acceptable. Can we re negotiate to get the payment waht NACA requesting for?. Will they proceed for foreclosure process while we are in the work out?. Once we get default notice how soon the will do auction or sale date ?. Getting tensed everyday. |

You will probably have to resubmit to them again. Unfortunatly, CW/bofA operates with a left hand and a right hand. They know nothing of what each other does. You will get those computer generated letters for loan default and such. Will they go all the way to forclosure???? I don't know but I hope they won't! I am getting ready to go to 4 mos. behind and have rec. the letter of default. Whats next???? I hope they get their s**t together and get going on the back log of mods. We were submitted in June so I don't look for anything right away. Oh well..... all we can do is wait and try to stay positive........... |

I have question did anybody sent email to barbara.j.desoer@bankofamerica.com for any help or if submitted through NACA did she respond our email or it is going through a different route?. Anybody has any clue that will help a lot. Iam too much behind on my payment. I tried directly dealing with Countrywide and got declined so NACA attempt will be my last resort to save my home. Any format of sending email to the above email address?. I called countrywide asking about did they received my paperwork through NACA they keep on saying they haven't received any restructure documents from NACA. |

Was told they were waiting for documents from me that BoA had requested. I asked "what documents and when where they requested?" The rep said they had sent an email to me on 6/19. I checked email, junk mail, etc...no message from NACA. I am now hoping that my file doesn't get denied because it has been over a week and I have not sent docs in. I understand that NACA is swamped...but I can't respond or sent docs if I am not aware!!! Just my rant for Friday. I guess I should be thankful that I have a negotiator and my file is moving forward. |

I started thinking yesterday, that was only 5 business days away. Decided to call for status update, and found out they were waiting for docs from me for over a week. Claimed they had sent me and email req, but I never received it. The email was forwarded to me...so now I can see who my negotiator is at BoA. I have to wait until next week to submit docs, because I have to meet w/ my CPA to do a P&L statement for the last 2 quarters. |

I am self-employed, so they need a Profit & Loss statement for the last 2 quarters and Home Affordable Modification Program Hardship Affidavit (this has Fannie Mae Form 1021) What is form 1020? I am on hold w/ NACA right now. Should I ask about the other form? |

I got some news alright.... Frickin bofa sent my bill for July and included an additional bill for Aug. of 1555.000. Seems they have decided to escrow my taxes. Now the taxes are paid and they have never been paid late but according to the Deed of Trust they can decide to do this anytime they want. So now my payment is being increased $600 a month because apparently they don't think I'll pay the taxes in December. Since I'm in retail my income usually does go up in the last quarter. I sure can't afford this right now. Gee do you think they decided to escrow because I've asked for a modification??? HMMM I wonder. BofA is just so helpful aren't they? |

Called Tuesday to make sure they received fax and they did not, so refaxed again. My submittal date to NACA also changed, it started at Jun 2, to Jun 9 and now is Jun 15. Nothing had changed before, around or after any of those dates. Anybody have any idea of what is going on? I also have an FHA mortgage and was told that Fannie or Freddie do not own it?! |

I called BoA and asked them if they were aware that they could not verify anything on the P&L for the last 2 quarters...they said yes....just wanted it anyway. Just talked to NACA, BoA still has until Sat. 7/4 to respond. I was advised to call back on Monday to check the status. I am now 8 months behind and have a sale date of Aug. 4. If there is no change on Monday, I will start emailing Barbara. The sale date is getting too close. |

Isn't a principal forbearance where they take a portion of the pincipal and put it on the back end of the loan and then amortize and have you make payments on the remaining? For some reason I was thinking it's different than a regular forbearance........

Job, etc....... I did call the advocacy dept. and they told me to check with NACA in one week. Next week will be one month since submission for me. Yesterday I removed all my savings from Bank of America. At the beginning of the week I changed the merchant account (how my business accepts cc). So I am almost completely out of BofA. I put everything in a local bank. |
