Ughhhhhhhhhh NO docs yet....I guess I need to call NACA....Is it Kevin Winn??? I tried BAC yesterday........WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!

pdsfoley-Sorry to hear you are still waiting for your docs. Did David ever call you back since you left him a message this week? I sure do miss him. His replacement has gotten back to me the few times I needed to speak with him regarding my forbearance but he is slow to respond and a man of few words...certainly nothing like David.

YES I'm still waiting and NO David never did contact me back after the email...my BAC account online shows No workout info...I swear I'm so disgusted!!! Then I try calling the NACA #'s and it hangs up on you. I'm ready to fly the coop!!!!

I called David's replacement on Oct. 20, since it is not possible to call my negotiator directly (John Gilmore). He had a 3 way conversation with Mr. Gilmore and promised our paperwork in 2 - 3 business days. It arrived yesterday FedEx! Has to be returned Nov. 6 with $330.00. We'll have it in the mail Mon. afternoon (need to notarize and get last pay stubs).

We are thrilled with the final terms -
5.25% for the life of the loan (336 mos.).
Old Percentage: 10.75% Subprime
Old payment: (PITI)
$4120.00
New Percentage: 5.25% Fixed
New payment: (PITI)
$2,860.00

Government Backed: Fannie Mae

On the other note, I called Naca anyways after receiving what appears to be this generic message tonight and I was told there was a proposal received on 11/04/09. OMG, this is good but somewhat ridiculous. My status doesnt say that proposal has been received. My status says that servicer needs more documents.
Anyway, the lady i spoke to said she cannot disclose what the proposal said but I should contact Mike Holcomb to tell me so he can accept it on my behalf. She was telling me to call BOA for the info. I called BOA but as usual, calls kept being transferred to India and they were justing getting smart with me.
Fortunately, I have a friend who works at naca. YAY. I called him tonight and he comfirmed that a proposal has been received. Amount will be lowered by about close to $800. However he can only see so much. I emailed Mike H, Kevin W, N Mulligan and every single contact I can find. Hopefully , some one will contact me soon.
Guys, please dont give up. I have been in the system since July 2008 asking for help from BOA through naca. It has been a rocky ride. But i will urge you to keep advocating for yourself. This website has been helpful.

Wow! Congrats! I would have loved 2%, but am quite happy to be done and back into paying down my debt!

Thanks and Im happy for you as well. I started celebrating but now I know not to do that just yet. I guess I have to keep fighting untill paper is signed and workout shows on online account. May I have David's placement's number and name. I will call him tommorrow. WOW.
