naca didn't call

tonight we had an appointment with naca and they didn't call. we have already faxed all information required in to them. is this unusual that they didn't call us? please reply.

No it's not unusual. Sometimes they get backed up. Go online and schedule a couple appointments so you have a back-up.

I spoke to a NACA rep tonight...she said the applications have increased tremendously in the last 2 months....so they are bound to screw up the phone appts esp if you are on the west coast as they are on the east coast.

Schedule a few appointments an hour apart the same day....

I also wonder if scheduling early in the day helps. They called me right on time (10 minutes early, actually) and I'm sure went longer than they had expected. I bet by the end of the day they are WAY off schedule.

They have sometimes called an hour earlier and an hour or so later than the scheduled appointment. I depends on how busy they are. Schedule at least 2 or 3 appointments in one day, they can be back to back, so that way you are covered.

I used to make the earliest appointment available. They always called on time.
