Do anyone know the 1800 number to find out the terms of the loan modification or if the documents are printed? Somebody left the number on a previous thread.

That title insurance thing is just standard language. Many have posted here that they didn't send it, that the lender already has it.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

I emailed BoA executives last night, didn't receive any call from BoA today, maybe because of the holiday.

I will wait till next week, if no response will emaill again.

Just went to the June submital threat, some people already got offers from BoA. I am some happy for them, yet envy them.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

Just got a call from Jenny Huber from BoA executive's office, she said she has forward my email to loss mitigation dept, and someone will call me within 24 business hours. They will go over my financials and determine what program I will qualify for.

When loss mitigation dept calls, what should I tell them? Should I go over my financial with them, or just tell them that I am working with NACA, and let them talk to NACA?

Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Why not just see what they say when they call? They may look at your file and see that it is flagged for NACA and tell you to talk to them. If they do ask them who is your contact in advocacy that will be working with NACA. Maybe you will get a name and number that way (?)

Got a call yesterday from a lady call Kenis Butter with BoA, she said she was responding my email to executives. She said she is with loss mitigation department, and since I am working with NACA, there is nothing to do with loss mitigation dept and I should have NACA contact BoA NACA dept to initiate the process.

I told her that NACA already submitted my application in May, she said well she doesn't have any information, just have NACA call BoA.

After the emails and calls, it doesn't seem very helpful. What shall I do next?

What response did you guys got after emailing executives, and what process you went through to get approval?

What else I should do? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Thank you.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

I thought I would add my info here as well. I submitted to CW/BOA directly on 5/22. It was cancelled on 6/22. I was told that this was their mistake and was resubmitted on 6/22. Then was cancelled again on 6/30! I then contacted B. DeSoer by email the same day. I received a phone call back from Caesar on 7/1. He explained that the cancellations were because I did not qualify for the MHA plan that they put me in for, but should qualify for the AG plan. Well, odly, when I spoke to all the previous people, they claimed the same thing. Caesar said that since it has reached this level (In the office of the president) it will get to the next level, and they have to make an offer.....whatever that means? Caesar said to call him back in a couple of days. I tried to get him for 3 days now, but was able to speak to someone else who said that I have been assigned a negotiator...her name is Terri Barragan, she transferred me to her line and I had to leave a message. Let's see what today brings. Has anyone dealt with Terri yet?

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

I can't believe our thread is so dead, guys! Nothing out there happening for ANYONE?

I called NACA last Monday. Couldn't get through (caller 120!, waited an hour and got disconnected). Called Friday and FINALLY got through, and was placed (on and off) hold for 30 minutes before I was disconnected. Before I was disconnected I was told that there has been NO activity on my account since June 18th (when I was denied by CW). I asked if there was any record that NACA was working directly w/the investor (as I had been told previously) and she said NO!!!!! I was placed on hold again, and that is when I was disconnected.

So, I called again today. She says also there is no record that they are negotiating directly w/the investor. Basically my file has just been sitting around since the CW denial. She said that she is sending an email over to my NACA negotiator (who she refered to as 'she', but wouldn't give the name) to contact me ASAP since my file has been inactive for so long, and to call back Friday if I don't hear from the negotiator sooner.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

Nothing happening here either.

I called Friday and they requested MHA and 450 form. Naca told me to call them back after I faxed it in so they could request an update from BOA. I called after I faxed paperwork in and this Naca rep. told me she could not request update until the 12th so to call back next week.

This is where I am right now - trying to request a update. I am on hold to talk to Naca and they are not even telling me what caler I am.

Geez, this is tireing...

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

I finally got my call from Terri (my negotiator) on Saturday morning. She said she just needed me to fax a recent bank statement (which I am doing today), and she will review my package and send it to the investor. At least there is activity.
I am curious if anyone has had an AG mod approved? I haven't seen any lately, and am wonder what terms were given out.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

We filed through NACA n May 10 - we do have a bofa negotiator now - Jeaneen Carrillo. She said she had just looked at the file for the first time on July 9th. When I first learned her name, I called and left a message for her and she called me back the same day a couple of hours later. She couldn't really give me any time frame as to when she might have an offer for me.

Naca told me the NACA people that we call in to are only allowed to call BofA once a month on our files (per their contract with BofA). Naca's last call in was on 6/12 so they can call again today. I think I'll wait a few to give the BofA rep a few working days to peruse our data before I call Naca to ask that they call.

If they can only grease the wheel once, it might be premature to do it now and then I'll have to wait until August 12.

The NACA rep I spoke with said that the actual negotiators can speak more often with the BofA people and often, will go in to BofA with files in hand and sit down and negotiate with th bank.

Anyhow, still slow moving but there is progress.

Re: NACA/CW MAY Restructure Submittals

Tandm,
Our situation is similar to yours and I saw in one thread you were debating whether to accept the BoA offer and then work with NACA after. Do you mind sharing what you decided to do? We are going to accept the offer the OOP gave us, but we were wondering if we accept it but then 2 years from now, decide we don't/can't accept the fixed amount (that will be effective 2013), we probably would go through NACA at that point. Just wondering if there is any downside to accepting the mod that is being offered now...the modification payment is much better then what we have now with our pay option and we are anxious to move forward.
Thanks.
